About the opportunity
As a Business Analyst for the Information Office, you’ll assess projects and operational requests by analyzing requirements and processes seeking to accomplish specific business results. You’ll build rapport with different internal stakeholders to understand system requirements and to be able to communicate and document them effectively. Additionally, our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys using their communicational skills to pursue business outcomes.
In This Role You Will
- Analyze tickets to improve and support the implementation of platforms like Jira and Tempo, communicate with the requesters and break these requests down into specific system requirements to assess if the implementation is feasible and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist with the triage, prioritization, distribution, and escalation of requests and project tasks mainly related to Project Management and Time-tracking processes.
- Lead conversations with different stakeholders to understand specific business needs and suggest improvements to cover them.
- Document functional requirements and criteria for the technical team to implement system modifications.
- Create diagrams and flowcharts to support the design of a particular solution or to reflect current processes.
- Keep constant communication with the Business Analysis Lead to document and analyze overall business outcomes.
Experience You Already Have
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience communicating with different stakeholders or areas within an organization.
- Education in Engineering, Technology, or Business Management - completed or ongoing - or equivalent related experience in process analysis, technology, or quality processes.
- Experience using or implementing Jira, Tempo or other time-tracking and project management tools.
- Experience in CRM or ERP implementation is a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
