The Team:

This position will be a member of the Celonis Garage, a new unit within the Strategy & Innovation department. Garage is a key innovation hub located in Bangalore designed to accelerate the adoption of new technologies and support the incubation of new solutions; it will be focused as well on scaling Market Intelligence efforts globally, contributing to the delivery of impactful outcomes that directly support our competitive positioning, analyst relationships, and broader strategic goals.

Within Garage, this position will be part of the Market Intelligence team, which is globally bundling competitive and market insights along with Analyst Relations management, while supporting on White Space analysis and proposals.

The Role:


The Market Intelligence Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Competitive Intelligence Analyst(s) and Analyst Relations Strategist(s) by managing cross-functional projects, ensuring knowledge assets are effectively distributed through our knowledge management system, and coordinating activities with the global market intelligence team. This role will ensure alignment across key functions and drive the success of strategic initiatives in market and competitive intelligence.

This position provides a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of competitive and market intelligence, supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing the organization’s market understanding. The work you’ll do:

  1.  Project Coordination and Support:
  • Collaborate with the Competitive Intelligence Analyst(s) and Analyst Relations Strategist(s) to manage and track cross-functional projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery and organization of key knowledge assets within the company’s knowledge management system.
  • Coordinate with the global market intelligence team to align on priorities, updates, and deliverables.
  1. Knowledge Management:
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of market and competitive intelligence assets.
  • Ensure all developed assets are easily accessible and shared across relevant teams.
  1. Analyst Relations Support:
  • Assist in the governance of projects related to industry evaluations, including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave reports, and others.
  • Support in planning and executing Analyst Strategy Days and other analyst-related events.
  • Help monitor and distribute insights from analyst research and reports to internal stakeholders.
  1. Competitive Intelligence Support:
  • Facilitate collaboration between Competitive Intelligence and other teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing).
  • Assist in compiling and distributing competitive positioning materials to enable customer-facing teams.
  • Support in conducting market trend analyses and competitor debriefs, sharing insights with leadership and key stakeholders.
  1. Communication and Reporting:
  • Consolidate and share updates through newsletters and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed of activities and outcomes related to analyst relations and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to tailor and refine the narrative for internal and external use.

The qualifications you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, market research, or knowledge management, preferably in a B2B enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and market intelligence tools.
  • Nice to have experience with Technical PM Tools, such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello
  • PMP or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
