About the Role
The Partner Enablement team at OpenAI is crucial for fostering successful partnerships and advancing the company's mission. As a Senior Partner Enablement Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping our partners with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in delivering OpenAI's solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership to understand partner requirements, designing and implementing effective learning programs, and staying informed about industry trends to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.
To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of business and technical expertise, instructional design skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Your ability to develop engaging training content and effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and partner audiences will be key. Additionally, experience in AI and ML consulting and a strong understanding of cloud, security, and programming concepts will greatly benefit you in this position.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. You will be required to be in the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working from home on Thursday and Friday.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with Partner Revenue leadership to assess the OAI partner requirements.
Establish clear partner skills metrics and close-loop feedback process to provide continuous learning program evaluation.
Own and manage intact role-based scalable enablement including training and assessments.
Collaborate with Product, GTM teams and Marketing to build world-class OpenAI partner learning products.
Use consultative analytical skills and sound instructional design principles to deliver live/online enablement to maximize audience learning and engagement.
Conduct regular program reviews with Partner Revenue leadership to ensure it is meeting their business needs.
Become a thought leader by staying abreast of OAI solution development, industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to ensure OpenAI Partner Enablement continues to provide the competitive edge to OAI partners.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in training development and delivery within the legacy and newer technology sector, with a significant focus on enabling and influencing enterprise level senior business and technical audiences.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in AI & ML related consulting and/or training content delivery.
Proven track record of developing and delivering high-impact and engaging consultative training with top instructor rating.
A self-starter with ability to work independently, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with the internal technical stakeholders and partner audiences.
An impact-led customer-obsessed mind-set to offer best in class enablement to the audience.
Proficient in using CMS, LMS, VILT software and other relevant tools for developing and delivering high quality enablement.
Fast learner and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth, and collaborative environment.
