The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our AI Agent team to help shape the future of AI across our product and platforms. You will be crafting deeply considered design solutions at the intersection of AI and meeting productivity with the goal of making conversations more valuable.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Significant experience as a Product Designer (7+ years), with a proven ability to address a wide range of user needs.
An outstanding portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Expertise in designing for web and mobile platforms, delivering simple, scalable solutions for complex technical challenges.
A data-informed approach, using research and analytics to guide design decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Experience crafting and presenting a design vision.
A self-starter mindset, ready to thrive in ambiguity and drive solutions forward.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment or start-up.
Background in designing for AI, voice technology, or similar emerging technologies.
Leadership experience in user research, design systems, or cross-functional collaboration.

Salary range

Salary Range: $170,000 to $200,000 USD per year.

This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent based on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of our comprehensive total rewards package.
