Core Responsibilities:
Define and execute the traffic growth solutions targeting cross border sellers.
Lead the development of affiliate marketing tools, targeted promotional campaigns, and pre-sale mechanics aligned with seller needs and business objectives.
Partner with global and local teams to integrate traffic growth solutions into the broader cross-border promotional strategy.
Develop frameworks for seller segmentation to ensure targeted rollout and optimization of traffic products.
Analyze usage and performance data to assess effectiveness and inform ongoing product iterations.
Role Requirements:
5-7 years of product management experience in traffic, growth, or promotional tooling, ideally within a marketplace or e-commerce context.
Experience designing and scaling solutions that drive measurable GMV and traffic impact.
Familiarity with China-based promotional ecosystems, including affiliate programs and large-scale seller activations.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English for effective communication across global and regional teams.
Strong data competency to drive product decisions through performance insights.
Preferred Experience:
Direct experience working with seller growth programs or high-revenue seller segments.
Knowledge of traffic acquisition strategies in cross-border or international trade environments.
Familiarity with collaborative advertising models and co-investment mechanisms.
Korean language is a plus
