Senior Product Manager II

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute the traffic growth solutions targeting cross border sellers. 

  • Lead the development of affiliate marketing tools, targeted promotional campaigns, and pre-sale mechanics aligned with seller needs and business objectives. 

  • Partner with global and local teams to integrate traffic growth solutions into the broader cross-border promotional strategy. 

  • Develop frameworks for seller segmentation to ensure targeted rollout and optimization of traffic products. 

  • Analyze usage and performance data to assess effectiveness and inform ongoing product iterations. 

Role Requirements: 

  • 5-7 years of product management experience in traffic, growth, or promotional tooling, ideally within a marketplace or e-commerce context. 

  • Experience designing and scaling solutions that drive measurable GMV and traffic impact. 

  • Familiarity with China-based promotional ecosystems, including affiliate programs and large-scale seller activations. 

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English for effective communication across global and regional teams. 

  • Strong data competency to drive product decisions through performance insights. 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Direct experience working with seller growth programs or high-revenue seller segments. 

  • Knowledge of traffic acquisition strategies in cross-border or international trade environments. 

  • Familiarity with collaborative advertising models and co-investment mechanisms. 

  • Korean language is a plus
