About the role
The Senior Project Manager supports the execution of a la carte channel launches, primarily focusing on smaller territory rollouts (e.g. US-only launches), expansions with previously launched partners, pre-launch and hypercare remediation and change management ensuring a seamless transition from Launch into long-term partner sustainment. This role requires hands-on coordination across teams and partners to drive successful launches.
- Support pre-launch content remediation including accurate tracking and trend reporting.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to define and deliver success criteria per partner
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Track and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, runbooks, RACI’s, workflow diagrams and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project statuses including executive audiences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
- Lead Change Management activities related to the channel launch lifecycle, pre-launch, hypercare and sustainment.
- Lead communications between BTO and Product & Engineering to provide visibility into P&E initiatives and opportunities for ALC channels
About You
- 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in streaming, entertainment, or content management
- Strong analytical expertise and change management experience
- Experience with partner relations and content distribution
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Asana, Airtable, Lucidchart, Excel, Google Suite).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
