We are looking for a talented, self-driven and experienced Data Science Engineer to be part of the Product Foundry Engineering team for product yield enhancement and debug.  As part of this team, you will be responsible to architect & provide solutions for interactive data platform serving the global engineering community. You will be working closely with foundry partners and internal cross functional team for yield and quality improvement.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual contributor’s responsibilities include but not limited to the following activities:

  • Work with external suppliers (foundry) on leading edge product and ramping to volume manufacture
  • Work with internal team (such as PE, TE, Debug, OPS, PM…) to identify silicon issue, testing issue for quality control, excursion prevention and meeting the demand requirement
  • Ownership on product improvement which includes CP yield, FT yield, Quality, Reliability, product performance related activities
  • Based on in-house diagnostics report and memory address to identify failure location for PFA purpose or statistics failure analysis
  • Silicon data analysis including WAT parameters, wafer sort parametric, functional failure, testing issue for production quality control
  • Manage foundry process through transistor targeting, Ion-Ioff performance, metal Rs/Rc to control product performance meeting demand profile
  • Early engage with NPI products to ensure smooth production migration
  • Co-work with tool team to establish reporting system such as dashboard, daily report, alarm rules to improve daily work efficiency

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred 8 years and above working experience in Foundry RD/INT/PE/Device or fabless
  • Understand Semiconductor Si process, MOSFET transistor
  • Experience with software tools as GDS viewer (for layout), JMP/Tableau (data analysis), excel (summary table), powerpoint (for report & presentation).
  • Skillful in data analytics & statistical data analysis with advanced usage of JMP, Excel VBA & macro, or similar tools
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Familiar with linux system, perl, python is a plus
  • Suitable for working under pressure
  • Willing to learn new technique

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related filed are preferred
