We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a leader in our candidate attraction efforts, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging strong talent through outbound sourcing and inbound screening efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to attract and qualify candidates for various positions within the organization.

The role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote within the United States. We have offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT with employees based across the US. We've built a strong foundation to support remote employees' engagement with other teams. What you will do at Jasper:
Outbound Sourcing:
- Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial qualifying calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Design and executive creative sourcing techniques for senior-level positions and drip campaigns for specialized roles.
- Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies to support our commitment to building diverse teams.
Inbound Screening:
- Review incoming application pipeline and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest in open roles.
Scheduling:
- Assist with scheduling interviews based on the number of open roles (approximately 30% of the time).
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless interview process.
Analytics and Employer Branding:
- Support in pulling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track hiring metrics and team goals.
- Contribute to employer branding projects to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
What you will bring to Jasper:
- Previous experience in Talent Sourcing and Recruiting Coordination.
- Familiarity with innovative sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data, recruiting metrics, and reporting preferred.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
