We are seeking a skilled Sr. Product Manager - Tech to join our Cross-Channel Marketing Personalization team and help drive the strategy and vision of modern customer engagement. Our team works on enabling our customer relationship and lifecycle marketing via the development of the tools, infrastructure, and data integrations required to manage high-scale, personalized customer interactions with Amazon's leading digital music products. This includes experiences on our apps, on broader Amazon surfaces, and integrations with other partners. We heavily influence the way we can communicate with customers through e-mail, in-app messages, push notifications, and Echo messages, as well as build cross-channel capabilities to automate customer communications with the right message at the right time in the right channel.

Key job responsibilities
In this role you will determine the strategy and vision for channels and partnerships enabling paid media marketing and affiliates / influencers. You will help a team of engineers execute, build relationship with marketers and other Amazon teams as broaden your scope to other channels and personalization capabilities. This role will also offer opportunities to influence AI and core product capabilities.

We are looking for a seasoned product manager who is passionate about music, capable of operating in an ambiguous and complex space with high judgement, and effective at making data-driven decisions while driving impactful projects. An ideal candidate understands marketing technologies, loves to Dive Deep into technical and non-technical areas to lead the team’s direction, has strong customer obsession, and has a track record of delivering results, understands A/B testing, attribution model, and cross-organizational high impact projects.
