The ideal candidate thrives when solving ambiguous problems, dives into the technical details while thinking big about new opportunities, and influences effectively with cross-functional colleagues around the world up to a VP level. - Defining what it means to succeed at Product Inclusion, in ways that are practical, relevant, and clear to both business and technical teams
- Diving deep with tech teams across Kindle Content and Physical Books, using both your subject matter knowledge and technical skillsets to quickly solve problems and build their capability to deliver independently
- Identifying opportunities and implementing techniques to disrupt unconscious biases in our technology, particularly Generative AI
- Designing scalable solutions to delight marginalized customers by identifying and building technical solutions to disrupt societal biases
