As part of our People team, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape the recruiting strategies and drive a seamless, candidate-centric hiring process. Your Impact

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking events, online platforms, and AI-driven tools, to build a robust pipeline of software engineering candidates.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized interactions.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values; coordinate and guide candidates through the interview process.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote the company’s culture and values through compelling job postings, social media campaigns, and industry events.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Proactively source and advocate for diverse talent to strengthen our team and foster innovation.
We're looking for someone who
- 1+ years as a technical recruiter, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology-focused environment.
- Solid experience recruiting software engineers including but not limited to frontend, backend, mobile.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, programming languages, frameworks, and technical roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring software engineers across a range of seniority levels.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in AI and its transformative potential.
- Successful track record hiring technical talent in the Bay area.
- Previous experience work recruiting for an AI/tech start-up company.

Salary range
Salary Range: $115,000 to $140,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.
**This is a hybrid position that requires three days a week in office.
