We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our team while our current coordinator is on family leave. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment processes during this period.
This is a 10 week contract beginning on 8/26/24 and ending on 10/30/24.
Hybrid - (M|W|F) in our San Francisco office location.
$50 per hour - 40 hours/week
The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the administrative aspects of the recruitment process. This role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Manage the candidate's experience throughout their interview journey.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the interviewing process, providing timely updates and information throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and managing recruitment-related correspondence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator at a face paced tech company is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
