As a Mid-Level Creative Experience, you will contribute to the development of transformative, innovation-first experiences across physical, digital, and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, motion designers, producers, and developers to create immersive and interactive brand experiences that captivate and engage audiences.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative to join our Experience team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will have experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, events, and immersive storytelling, with a passion for developing impactful creative concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative experiential concepts that align with brand narratives and audience engagement strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, producers, and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful experiences.
- Client Engagement: Support creative presentations by contributing ideas, visualizing concepts, and providing strategic insights.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in experiential design, brand experience, event production, or a related creative discipline.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experiential, immersive, and interactive brand experiences.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling creative visions.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills Plus:
- Knowledge of AI tools to enhance creative workflows and experiential interactions.
- Experience with interactive technologies such as AR, VR, projection mapping, or real-time content creation.
- Understanding of fabrication processes and hands-on prototyping techniques.
