You'll build and mentor high-performing design teams while maintaining exceptional creative standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop design teams, fostering creativity and technical excellence
- Drive creative vision and innovation across multiple brand portfolios
- Establish and evolve design systems, processes, and methodologies

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of design leadership experience
- Proven track record building and leading design teams

- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence
- Experience managing multiple high-profile client relationships
- Track record of innovation and pushing creative boundaries
