Enablement is part of the global GTM organization and, as a team, reports to the VP of WW Sales. The team’s responsibilities include: implementing and evolving our sales process and methodology, designing programs to ramp up all of our GTM roles efficiently, delivering relevant training programs to the field, and building/optimizing sales resources.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist in developing, organizing, and delivering sales enablement content and materials.
Support the execution of sales training and readiness programs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
Help organize and maintain sales enablement resources for easy access.
Assist in coordinating enablement initiatives for product launches and updates.
Contribute to content creation for our learning management system (LMS).
Use performance data to identify and communicate gaps in sales team skills or knowledge.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field (internships or co-op experience are welcome).
Strong project management skills - high degree of organization and attention to detail
Exceptional communications skills in the areas of writing, editing, and presenting
Ability to identify need for and create streamlined processes.
Desire to develop internal relationships inside the company and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and program excellence.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in developing skills in content management and learning systems (experience with content management and learning management systems is a bonus).
Adaptability, ability to thrive in (somewhat chaotic) early stages of company building.
