- Manage project timelines, ensuring all projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Liaise with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct regular reviews to optimize resource usage and reduce waste.
- Coordinate the logistics of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Work with suppliers and distributors to manage inventory levels and logistical challenges.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Lead or assist in process mapping exercises to streamline workflows.
- Compile and analyze operational data to generate reports on performance metrics.
- Use data to forecast needs, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including team members, management, clients, and external partners.
- Organize and lead meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate safety training and manage compliance documentation.
- Address and resolve operational issues as they arise, providing timely solutions to minimize disruption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Psychology or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Your actual level and base pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
