Reporting to the COO, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our infrastructure and services and will support the ongoing growth of our business.
Success Criteria
Partner with key stakeholders and collaborate with the COO and other executives to ensure IT projects align with the company's strategic goals.Support key Enterprise Project scoping, delivery, and ownership including ERP and PLM systems.Mature the organization’s cybersecurity posture and capabilities in line with business needs.Play a crucial role in shaping the team's capabilities and culture for rapid, high-quality project delivery. You'll identify opportunities to enhance our systems, develop solutions, and make technical contributions to bring these improvements to life and make hands-on technical contributions when needed.Play a vital role in supporting the team through project delivery, staff development, hands-on technical contributions, and effective time management. By mentoring and fostering growth, you'll help the team reach its full potential.
Your Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.10+ years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated career progression of increasing achievements and responsibilities.A demonstrated track record of technical excellence and successful projects under minimal supervision.Relevant certifications are welcomed (ITILv4, SAFe, Scrum Master, etc)Experience selecting, implementing, integrating, maintaining ERP and PLM systems.Skilled at partner and vendor management.Experienced in staff development and making hands-on technical contributions while overseeing project activities.

Skilled at requirements gathering, building and advocating for business cases.Confident in a service-based IT approach within an ITIL framework.Skilled at developing and executing against a cybersecurity maturity roadmap.Proficient in administering and maintaining enterprise tools (GSuite, Microsoft Office 365 and related ecosystem, Atlassian, Azure, AWS).Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues in Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments.Experienced with scaling PKI infrastructure and supporting its business adoption.Familiar with networking ecosystems (Juniper JunOS, Fortinet, Mist) and core technologies (VLAN, VRF, iBGP/eBGP/OSPF) for maintainability and scalability (EVPN, VXLAN, SDWAN).Strong practical experience in DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and tools for IaC (Ansible Mesh, Bicep, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, Terraform) with an ability to make direct contributions.Experienced in managing distributed systems and lights-out datacenters with parity between on-prem and cloud infrastructure.Skilled in building and managing ADVPN and ZTNA fabrics.Proficient in project management approaches, including Agile and Scrum, and promoting a culture of sprint-based delivery.Capable of building partnerships and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

About Sanctuary AI
Founded in 2018, Sanctuary builds humanoid robots and a novel control system for them that integrates symbolic logic and reasoning with data-driven robot foundation models. We use our robots to collect vision, audio, touch, and proprioception data from the perspective of the robot while they perform real-world work tasks.
