Now, about the opportunity: In this role, you will take on the responsibility of planning and executing industry-leading practices in social media and digital content, with a special emphasis on developing and implementing content strategies. This position requires comprehensive project management skills, understanding of the entire project lifecycle end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include direct project administration, providing ad-hoc social media consultancy, and developing strategic recommendations based on data analysis to guide client strategies.
A key aspect of your role will involve overseeing and optimizing these strategies to ensure they align with client goals and deliver measurable results. Additionally, you will be managing a team of community managers, guiding them to effectively execute content plans and engage with audiences. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and innovative environment where the team can thrive and contribute to the success of our social media initiatives.

In this role you will:
- Develop digital content strategies by deeply understanding the brand's message, voice, objectives, and target audiences, focusing on crafting creative content driven by data insights and aligned with brand messaging.
- Creative and strategic input in digital projects for designated clients.
- Lead and supervise a team of Community Managers, ensuring their work aligns with strategic objectives and maintains high content quality standards, while also guaranteeing excellence in implementation.
- Monitoring and auditing of Social Media strategies of our client, as part of the continuous optimization process.
- Analysis of the results obtained from the different reports of the analytical and monitoring tools for continuous optimization of the account.
- Monitoring trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated, not only with the content, but also with the strategy.
- Develop crisis management and control documents
- Collaborative work with Creative, Data, Planning and Project Management teams.
- Take the lead when needed in front of the clients, and you provide a valuable strategic POV.
- Nothing, not even a small detail escapes from you as you are well organized.
- It is crucial for this role that the candidate is not only passionate about sports but also actively participates in and enjoys them.
Experience you already have:
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital environments in roles such as Digital planner or a Social Media strategist.
- In-depth knowledge of the Social Media environment, formats, and trends.
- How to build a Social media strategy and set roles for social media platforms.
- How to understand digital audiences and their behaviors.
- Develop digital ecosystems and find opportunities in emerging and new platforms.
- Develop consumer journeys and have the skills to clearly articulate your findings and opportunities in excellent storytelling.
- Digital paid media environments.
- How to measure success and which metrics are the valuable ones according to objectives, digital channels, and formats.
- Reading qualitative and quantitative data and clarity to recognize valuable findings in a sea of data.
- Develop strategic thinking, but you also identify when tactical thinking is the way to go.
- Used common research and analysis tools such as Sysomos, Statista, Global Web Index, Facebook Insights, or Socialbakers.

- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring excellent service delivery
